Billing address
Trying to fix my billing address I have purchased multiple accounts with you guys more than 10 I was just funded and I blew one of my accounts and Im trying to get another one but its saying my billing address is wrong and I looked and I accidentally put the address I live in now instead of the one that is connected to my debit card that I have been paying with so if we can do anything about it, I would appreciate that please Ive been calling and left messages. Please get back to me as soon as possible. Im trying to get back to being funded.
I passed a performance account and recently failed it this is the primalraly reason im trying to get back to being funded

Payment issue
i just attempted to reset an evaluation account (300k)
the payment (50$) was successful but the software payment
says that therev is a problem about non matching addresses
on the profile customer and the credit card information !
4.00 PM on bank account screenshot are on french european time !
by the way i didn't change or touch any thing on my APEX profile !

Messed up my SSN on my funded account when logging in
Hi, I have five accounts through Apex. I just got them all funded and paid for, but I think when I was inputting my SSN, I mistakenly clicked a few wrong numbers on two of the accounts.
Now it won't let me connect to my live account, and I think that might be why.
I hope you can help me fix this. Thank you.

How is possible that with out ask a client you guys take a money from the bank account. I purchased a one month subscription not to do it every month
I want cancel this payment that this company take out of my bank. I didn't request to continue trading with this company.
How is possible that they take the money out of my account when I just pay for one month.
Is insane they not even send a notification about what they gonna do. Thats really fraudulent.

Before I really liked this company. But they made me so disappointed.they asked me to send a video. Picture . Information and all accounts PA .I sent them a lot .
But they answer me . I just asked them to consider and approve it for me .

Tradovate demo account has been disabled due to inactivity
I have 4 Apex accounts active and when I log in using Tradovate, I can see them but cannot see any charts. For example when selecting ES, I used to see all the candles in the chart but now I just get an empty chart with no candles.
I can still see the DOM but that's it. Please help me.

Resolved: They never respond to my messages
When I signed up to the company they didn't put any restriction because they allowed me from the country I reside, after spending more than $10,000 in purchasing and resetting evaluation accounts they then ask to verify my ID, I did verify my ID with my country of origin ID then they ask for an ID of where I reside, I got my Driver's license and then once I tell them I have it they don't allow me to verify again while I have 4 funded accounts 3 of 250k and 1 of 300k that I have more than $30,000 US profit on each. They never tell me what to do and never reply to my tickets.
I keep trading because I have a contract with apex trader funding, I hope they allow me to verify my ID and continue to trade as I spent a lot of money on their company. They even charged my card $1,000 more for unnecessary accounts that need to be renewed and I thought I would have been cancelled them before renewal but they disable my accounst , keep charging me and I am still trading.

Why my balance hasn't updated
My daily account balance updates EVERYDAY by 6pm est. I finally made enough to secure a payout and of course today my balance hasn't updated. I call customer service and of course they are closed.

Worst customer support i have ever experience
no direct contact between customer and support team. and even you submit a message, it will take few days before you get a reply that usually is unhelpful.
poorly guiided instructions when it comes to setting up platforms. ninja trader or tradovate.
in all honesty apex trader review seems tpo be more interested in making money inspite of lack of genuine and competent customer support. TOTAL SCAM
